Chris Vicari serves as the Practice Manager for Complete Feet Care, overseeing the administrative, operational, and patient-support functions of the practice. With a background spanning healthcare operations, technology systems, media production, and service management, he brings a combination of organizational discipline, clear communication, and problem-solving to the daily workflow of the clinic.

At Complete Feet Care, Chris manages scheduling systems, insurance coordination, patient intake processes, billing oversight, and referral communication. He works closely with patients to ensure they understand their visit, verify insurance benefits, and move through the practice with clarity and support. His role also includes maintaining compliance standards, handling payer communication, processing remittances and prior authorizations, and optimizing internal systems to support efficient patient care.

Chris partners directly with Dr. Eshraghi to support a low-volume, high-attention clinical model designed for medically complex and high-risk patients. He coordinates documentation and communication for referring physicians, ensuring that treatment plans, findings, and follow-up recommendations are relayed promptly and accurately. His focus is on reliability, transparency, and reducing administrative friction for both patients and providers.

Chris also plays a central role in advancing the long-term growth of the practice. One of his primary goals is to guide Complete Feet Care toward expanding its services into a dedicated specialty wound care center. This includes developing clinical workflows for high-risk diabetic patients, strengthening referral partnerships, and building the operational infrastructure needed to support comprehensive wound management, offloading, and limb-preservation services within the community.
